Chicago Health Connection (CHC) is a Chicago-based not-for-profit organization that trains women from underserved communities to be well-informed health educators and mentors to young families in their neighborhoods. Its goal is to create, innovate, and collaborate in the development of community-based programs that support families to nurture babies. CHC seeks qualified, interested, and energetic individuals to serve in a volunteer capacities, including as members of its Board of Directors.
