Vice President of Development
The Vice President of Development will be the chief strategist for optimizing the organizationâ€™s nongovernmental development revenue and will direct the activities of the Donor and Community Relations department in meeting aggressive overall fundraising goals. This position represents the primary external voice for the Organization, especially important for achieving major gains in new donor recruitment. The individual must possess exceptional communications skills, a commitment to human rights and a comprehensive knowledge of human care services and public policy. The incumbent will inherit a team with a proven track record that consistently achieves goals within a well-developed infrastructure.
