May 5: Wait Wait Don’t Tell Me

Hosted by Harvard graduate Peter Sagal, Wait, Wait Don’t Tell Me is National Public Radio’s (NPR) popular weekly hour long quiz program.  Carl Kasell serves as judge and scorekeeper and different panelists and special guests are part of the shows. Wait, Wait… can be heard on WBEZ 91.5 on Saturdays at 10:00 am, and podcasts can be downloaded from the website.  While the program airs for an hour, tapings take over two hours and include humorous banter among the host, panelists, and audience members that is not heard on the edited broadcasts.  The Seven Sisters College Consortium has obtained a block of coveted tickets to a show that always sells out.  We look forward to an evening of networking, fun, and laughter.  Please be at the Chase Bank Auditorium no later than 6:45 pm so we can be seated as a group.  Chase Auditorium is on the lower level of the Chase Bank Building (10 S Dearborn) and is accessible from both the Clark Street and Dearborn Street entrances.

5:15 – 6:30 PM OPTIONAL PRE-EVENT GATHERING: Meet for pay-your-own-way refreshments, conversation, and networking at Trattoria #10 located at 10 North Dearborn, Chicago.  Trattoria #10 also offers an all you can eat buffet beginning at 5:00 PM for $15 and a $6 drink minimum.

Cost:  $25 – Reservations accepted on a first-come first served basis – and this event is expected to sell out so we will not have any ability to sell tickets the night of the event.  Reserve your place by returning your check and the form below no later than APRIL 27, 2011. Unfortunately, we will be unable to provide refunds for anyone who does not come or arrives after 7 PM.  Guests are welcome.
